About the Project

LumActive Admin is a management dashboard designed to help platform teams monitor users, stories, subscriptions, and activity from one workspace. The dashboard combines story management, user oversight, subscription tracking, notifications, usage analytics, and platform settings into a clear administrative experience.

The main challenge was organizing multiple platform operations without making the dashboard feel crowded. Admins needed a clear way to monitor users, review generated stories, track subscriptions, follow platform activity, and understand story usage while keeping important management actions easy to access.

The final dashboard gives the LumActive team one organized place to monitor platform performance and manage daily operations. Admins can review users, track generated stories, monitor subscriptions, inspect story themes, follow notifications, and understand platform activity through clear analytics and management views.

Our Approach

We focused on making platform management fast and easy to scan. Clear navigation, simple data tables, strong status labels, usage charts, and focused management views help admins move from high-level performance insights to individual users and stories without unnecessary complexity.
