How fast can we start?

Usually within a week. If we have pod capacity, we can kick off in 3 to 5 business days after the contract signs. If you need to start tomorrow, tell us; we occasionally rearrange to fit a good-fit project. If your timeline is 4+ weeks out, we hold a slot for you.

How does the Monthly Retainer subscription work?

You commit to a set number of pod-hours per month. We assign a dedicated designer and engineer to your work. You bring the priorities each week, we ship against them. It's less like hiring an agency and more like extending your team. Rolls monthly with 30 days notice to change or end. Great for products in active development.

What's the difference between the Monthly Subscription and Quick Launch?

Quick Launch is a defined project with a fixed scope, timeline, and price. Best for one-off work like a marketing site rebuild, a landing page redesign, or an MVP. Monthly Subscription is ongoing capacity for evolving work. Best when you don't know exactly what you'll need in month three, just that you'll need something. Most clients start with Quick Launch and roll into a Subscription after launch.

Can you work with tight deadlines?

Yes, within reason. We regularly ship marketing sites in 4 weeks and MVPs in 6 to 8 weeks. Anything under 3 weeks for a full site starts to squeeze the feedback loops, so quality suffers. Tell us your real deadline. If it's tight but doable, we'll say yes. If it's not, we'll say so and offer what's actually possible.

Do you handle copywriting, or do I need to provide content?

Both work. If you have copy, we design around it. If you don't, we offer copywriting as an add-on. Most clients give us bullet-point drafts and we polish them into final copy during design. Words and pixels ship better when they're made together.

What's your refund policy?

The 50% deposit is non-refundable once the pod starts. That's because we've committed team time you can't get back. If we cancel the engagement on our end (rare, but if we hit a scope we shouldn't have taken on, it happens), we refund everything unspent. Full terms are in the contract we send before you commit anything.
