Tekbyt was founded by Zubair Ali Akbar after 8 years of designing inside studios like frog and Zenoti.
The reason for starting Tekbyt was simple: too many agencies the team had worked with treated client engagements as transactions. The work that mattered, the long, hard, deep partnerships where you ship great products together, was rare.
We built Tekbyt to make that the default. Small teams. Direct client access. Long engagements when the work calls for it.
Today the team is 20 people. Designers, front-end engineers, full-stack engineers, and a handful of strategists. Based in Seattle, WA. Working with clients across the US.
