About the Project

VEM is a service management platform designed to help customers purchase hour-based service packs, schedule services, track usage, and review their history. The admin side gives teams a clear way to review requests, approve services, monitor package hours, and manage customer activity from one dashboard.

Challenge

The main challenge was making hour-based service packages easy to understand for both customers and administrators. Users needed a clear way to see remaining hours, schedule services, review past activity, and buy more hours, while admins needed simple controls for approvals, status changes, and customer management.

Our Approach

We focused on making service usage easy to understand at a glance. Clear hour tracking, status labels, progress bars, focused actions, and separate customer and admin views help both sides manage services without unnecessary complexity.
